Experts recommend packing by room, so the boxes you use for the move should be marked with the name of the room and a summary of what’s inside.

Let’s get to work

What do you need?

Boxes. You need to think carefully about how many boxes you will need and what sizes you will need. It is advisable to buy boxes of different sizes, so that you can pack items of different sizes.

Filling. This concept includes bubble wrap and similar items to cushion fragile items. Even towels and T-shirts should be considered as padding.

Blankets. You will want to protect the table and other edges of the furniture from scratches and the like during a move. Simple household blankets, which in any case you will also want to transport, can play this role.

Packing tape. Truly, there is no substitute for good adhesive tape.
